Rewind Hunter — Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using the mobile game "Rewind Hunter" (the "Game") provided by Inxight ("we"), and the rights and duties of us and our players.
2. Accounts
A guest account is created automatically the first time you start the Game. If you uninstall the app you cannot return to a guest account, so link an Apple or Google account in Settings to keep your progress.
You can request account deletion at any time in Settings → Delete account, or on the web page (/delete). Deletion is carried out 30 days after the request and can be cancelled before then.
3. Paid items
Paid items such as Diamonds are bought through the app store (App Store · Google Play) payment systems, and their contents are shown in full before purchase. We do not sell paid items whose results are decided at random.
Cancellations and refunds follow applicable consumer-protection laws and the app store policies. Paid currency already spent and items whose effects have been applied may not be refundable where the law allows; this is shown on the purchase screen.
After a refund, benefits obtained with the refunded currency may be recovered; if there is not enough currency to recover, the balance may be shown as negative.
4. Prohibited conduct
We may warn, suspend, restrict, or recover unfair gains for: tampering with game data or traffic, using unauthorized programs, abusing payment or refund systems, using another person's account without permission, or disrupting operations.
5. Changes and termination
Game content may change as needed for operation. If we end the service we will announce it in the Game and on this page at least 30 days in advance, and provide a way to refund unused paid currency as required by law.
6. Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or network failures. Losses caused by our intent or gross negligence are handled under applicable law.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Please contact us first if a dispute arises. Any lawsuit will be brought before the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
