Rewind Hunter — Privacy Policy

1. What we process

Game account: player number (randomly generated), Support Code (8 characters), access token (stored only as a hash)

Device and app: platform (iOS · Android), app version, language setting

Game records: progress (best floor, rewinds, etc.), cloud save data, mail claim records, last access time

If you link Apple or Google: the unique ID those companies provide (for Apple, also a refresh token used to revoke it). We do not receive your email or name.

Web deletion requests: contact details and a note you choose to enter (optional)

Support emails: your email address and message (the app adds your player number, Support Code, version and device name to the body)

IP addresses are used only to limit the number of requests in a short period and are not stored.

2. Purposes

Providing the Game and saving/restoring progress, account linking and continuing on another device, mail and notices, preventing abuse (checking records of progress that rose abnormally fast), answering inquiries, and processing account deletion.

Statistics to improve the Game: we look only at aggregated progress (best-floor distribution, floors where players stop, rewind counts) and do not collect individual behavior separately.

3. Retention

30 days after a deletion request we erase the account, game records, linked IDs and mail records. Guest accounts with no progress and no linked account are erased after 30 days without access.

After deletion we keep only the Support Code, reason and date to confirm the deletion (nothing that identifies you).

If purchases were made, contract, payment and refund records are kept for 5 years as required by Korean consumer-protection law.

Web deletion requests (contact, note) are erased 1 year after they are handled, and support emails within 1 year after we reply.

4. Sharing and processors

We do not sell or provide your personal information to third parties.

Cloudflare (USA): network access path (tunnel) and security — may process access logs

Apple · Google: account linking (sign-in) and app store payments

The game server and database run on the operator's servers in the Republic of Korea.

5. Your rights

You may ask at any time to access, correct, delete, or stop processing your information, using Delete account in the Game's Settings, the web page (/delete), or the contact below.

6. Children

Users under 14 should use the Game with the consent of a parent or guardian. If we learn that information was collected without consent, we will delete it promptly.

7. Security

Access tokens are stored only as hashes and server traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). The admin console is protected by login and access limits.
